The models are really well printed, were caringly taken off the supports and cleaned, and well packed. There are a lot of small snappable details on some of the prints, like the mohawk on one of the doctors, which arrived perfectly intact.

Phalanx Printing was also really nice with me bothering them a bunch about shipping issues, which were the fault of Royal Mail rather than them.
